Useful report details
- Whether the sound failed to start, stopped early or played from an unexpected speaker.
- Whether Bluetooth, headphones or a case were connected.
- The exact error message shown on the page.
- Whether the issue also appears with a built-in ringtone or another website.
Repair and emergency support
Speaker Care Lab cannot inspect a physical phone or provide emergency repair. For overheating, battery swelling, smoke, liquid inside a damaged device or loss of essential functions, turn the phone off when safe and contact the manufacturer or a qualified repair provider.
