Privacy Policy
The core speaker tools work without an account, microphone permission or audio upload.
Information the tools process
Speaker-cleaning audio plays in the browser from locally hosted files, while selected tests and frequency controls generate tones on the user’s device. Speaker Care Lab does not request microphone access, record phone calls or upload audio produced by the device. Tool state such as the selected frequency or timer progress remains in the current browser session unless a browser feature stores it locally.
Technical data
Our hosting provider may process standard server information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser type, response status and security-related events. This information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Analytics and advertising
The initial production setup does not require third-party analytics or advertising identifiers. If analytics or advertising is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are used. Browser privacy controls and applicable regional rights will be respected.
Email communication
When a user contacts hello@speakercarelab.com, we receive the email address, message and any information voluntarily included. Messages are used to respond, investigate reported problems and maintain records reasonably necessary for support or legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
The core tool does not need an account cookie. Essential hosting or security features may use limited technical storage. Any non-essential measurement, advertising or preference storage will be disclosed and managed according to applicable law.
Data sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by hosting, email and security providers only as needed to operate the service, or disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the site. Support emails and logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, security and legal requirements.
Children and sensitive information
The service is not designed to collect sensitive personal information. Users should not send private recordings, passwords, financial details or medical information. A parent or guardian should supervise a child using audio tools and phone-repair guidance.
